APPLICATION

Enrolling at Anthem Academy is a two-step process:

1. Complete the Application

2. Complete the Enrollment Packet

 

COMPLETING THE APPLICATION

1. Begin the Application

Once you begin your application, you have the flexibility to log in and out of your application account without losing your data, as it will autosave. There will be a green check mark next to each section that has been completed.

 

2. Review and Submit & Pay Application Fee

When all of the checkboxes are green, your application is ready to submit! Select "Review & Submit", and you will be directed to pay the $95 Base Family fee.

COMPLETING THE ENROLLMENT PACKET

Once we have reviewed your Application, we will send you instructions to complete the Enrollment Packet and pay the Student Fee (see below). This will your final step in the enrollment process.

• K- Grade 5: $25 per student

• Middle School: $50 per student

• High School: $75 per student
